You can also call this number if someone is parked in your reserved parking spot or a tow-away zone, and you want to have them towed.

Report a vehicle violating the parking rules. Need to report an abandoned vehicle, a vehicle with no tags or expired tags or a vehicle that is violating one of the WSAP parking rules? Report it to us by sending an email to the community manager. Be sure and include the address where the car is parked and describe the vehicle and nature of the problem. Your message will be forwarded to the WSAP Board and the management company to be followed up on.

Trash Pick-up

NOTICE

Trash Pickup change occured January 1, 2022.

J&J Inc Trash Service will be the new contractor.

Trash is picked up twice per week, Monday and Thursday. Recycling (County) will continue on Fridays.

NO trash service on Holidays - trash collection will be done on the NEXT scheduled day.

HOLIDAYS are : New Years Day, MLK Day, Presidents Day, Juneteenth, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

Trash Service is for household common trash only NO BULK items, Contact J&J Trash to make special THURSDAY only bulk arrangements at your expense

Some items that should not be put out for trash include:

  • Appliances
  • Furniture: Sofas, computer desks, book stands, TVs and TV stands
  • Scrap Wood
  • Sinks, Toilets, Bath tubs or any other large plumbing parts
  • Dirt
  • Hazardous Material, tires, batteries, paints, fuels etc.

Also remember that trash cans and recycle bins should NOT be stored in front of the house.
